Projectontwikkelaar Sens Real Estate, bouwer Dura Vermeer en ingenieursbureau Royal Haskoning doen onderzoek naar een parkeergarage voor 250 tot 350 auto’s onder het Lange Voorhout in Den Haag. Als ontwerper is de bekende architect/stedenbouwkundige Joan Busquets uit Barcelona aangetrokken. Het onderzoek wordt geleid door voormalig rijksbouwmeester Kees Rijnboutt, die van 1996 tot 1998 stadsstedenbouwer van Den Haag is geweest.
